All eligible students will be noted for placement activity by IFLEX Solutions, Bangalore on 1st July 2006 at GNDU, Amritsar for the Batch 2007 (CSE/ECE/IT). The eligibility Criteria and guidelines of IFLEX Solutions, Bangalore for this Placement activity: -
IFLEX - CAMPUS – 2007 GUIDELINES Pre-requisite
**College::
Accreditation : AICTE approved
Year of start of program : 2002 or any earlier year
**Degree:
• Engineering – CS / IT / ECE / EIE / EE / Mechanical
• MCA
• MSc. ( Statistics / Computer Science )
• MCM
**Education Criteria
1. Class X - 60% and above
2. Class XII - 60% and above
3. Undergraduate – 60% and above ( applicable to MCA / MCM / MSc. only )
4. Aggregate of 60% up to the last semester results declared.
**Special Notes:
1. There should be NO GAP between class X, XII. Both the classes must be passed at 1st attempt. A gap of no more than 1 year between Class XII and Undergraduate / Engineering or no more than 1 year between Undergraduate and MCA / MCM / MSc. is allowable.
2. In Eng. / MCA / MCM / MSc., every semester % need not be 60 or above. However, the candidate while appearing for the test, must have appeared for all backlogs, if any.
**Salary:
Rs. 18,500 p.m as stipend or Rs. 2,22,000 p.a + Hospital Insurance for self ONLY.

**Employment:
Every student shall join as ‘Trainee’, on a 1 year probation. On completion of 1 year, subject to meeting the required performance criteria, the Trainee shall be confirmed as Associate Consultant.
**Work Location:Open to work at one of our Software Development centres, namely Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai.
**Selection Process:
Step 1-
Every student shall undergo a written Aptitude Test consisting of Numerical Analysis, Logical Reasoning, Data Distribution & English comprehension. The test shall contain 50 questions to be answered in 60 minutes. The test shall contain negative marking.Only students who pass through the test shall move ahead in the Selection process.

• Sharpened pencils ( nos. = 3 )
• Sharpener
• Eraser
• Hall Ticket
• Wrist Watch
Students are not permitted to carry
• Pens
• Calculator
• Mobile phones
• Personal handbags
Step 2 – Group Discussion ( optional )
Step 3 – Interview Round I ( Technical assessment )
